Due to the bilateral agreement between University of Warsaw and University of Florida, Gainesville the American Studies Center offers 1 stipend for a 2020/2021 fall or spring semester at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

The stipend involves a fee waiver. Other costs (travel and accommodation, J visa, health insurance) are to be covered be the student.

Applications that involve
  • a CV
  • a motivation statement
  • a transcript of records (“karta przebiegu studiów” from USOS), please add your grade average
  • a list of University of Florida courses that you would be interested to attend
  • a filled-in form with the RODO agreement. Please, notice that for now, you do not need to collect the Director’s signature.
  • and any other documents which you think could be useful in the recruitment process should be submitted in one folder to the room 102 before the 27th of January 2020.

Both B.A. and M.A. students may apply. Selected candidates will be asked for an interview. The person granted the stipend will be required to provide a bank statement in English, confirming min. 6,000 USD (or equivalent in PLN or EUR) on their bank account.
