Due to the new near-lockdown restrictions to slow the spread of COVID-19, the Rector has issued a new order that forbids all in-person instruction. For the details of the order go to: https://www.uw.edu.pl/zmiany-w-funkcjonowaniu-uw-w-czasie-pandemii/. From now on even all “American History and Society” courses for freshers will be remote—that includes instruction for students who had signed up for in-person groups to be taught by Dr. Ludmiła Janion, Dr.  Marcin Gajek, and Prof. Bohdan Szklarski.

Unable to see ASC students in person, the faculty will do their best to make good use of the affordances of remote-learning applications.
